    Investment ranges from $5k to $12k per single day engagement. Higher investment for multi-day engagements.

  • Every good meeting requires preparation. That includes all the participants of the meeting, too.

    Together, the Project Leader and I will meet several times to share information and ideas; I’ll request additional information that will ensure we meet your organizational goals; you’ll request limited “homework” from the participants of the meeting to ensure everyone is prepared to make it a valuable and productive experience.

  • Whether we are planning a 3-hour meeting, an all-day retreat, or a multi-day complex facilitation, you can rest assured that my 10 years of experience in executive facilitation will garner the results you’re looking for, and often some pleasant surprises, too.

  • Every Executive or Leadership Facilitation Package is customized for your organization and the group in attendance.

    Investment begins at $5k for a 3-hour meeting with one or two critical objectives.

    Full day meetings range from $7k - $12k.

    Multi-day meetings will be discussed in detail and may require more than one scoping meeting.

Every meeting begins where your colleagues are at right now. I provide a high-quality scoping meeting to ensure that your organizational expectations for the meeting are possible, based on where your organization and the meeting’s participants are at right now: emotionally, mentally, spiritually, intellectually.

Engage every participant before the meeting

In order to reach the goals of your meeting, we may do some pre-work together to engage every participant so intentions can be set and maintained by the entire group once we’re in the room together. This pre-work is critical to ensure that we get folks from where they are now, to where your organization would like them to be at the end of our engagement together.

All the planning in the world cannot account for the magic that happens when highly motivated and connected executives enter a space together for the same purpose. This is the sweet spot of in-person executive facilitation, and the reason we do this!

While we can’t plan for it, we can leave space for it, so every agenda accounts for a bit of magic to take place on the day.

During the engagement, I will constantly be observing, adjusting, and asking powerful questions to ensure, at the end of the day, you’ll know where you want to go next. It’s way more than a summary of the discussion. It’s an action plan for future achievement.
