How mid-career professionals can
fix what's broken at work in 90 days, without blowing it all up
Still showing up, still delivering, and still asking on the drive home: is it me, or is it the job?
This workshop is for that.
I'm going to give away everything I do with clients inside my 90-day Career Cure.
At the end, you decide:
do this on your own, or let me help you move faster.
Clarity isn't something that arrives while you wait. It's a process you practice on purpose.
WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH
01
NAME IT
Right now, if I asked what's broken, you'd say "everything." That's exhaustion talking. Create the real list, by name, using the same exercises my clients use.
That list is shorter than you think it is. (It always is.)
02
TEST IT
You can't think your way to an answer. You test your way there. Turn your list into small experiments you can run at work without anyone's permission, and let what happens do the talking.
It’s less scary, and less intrusive than one big leap. That's the point.
03
TAKE CONTROL
You keep waiting to feel sure, but you will NEVER have enough information to feel sure. Not even after ten more pro/con lists.
Deciding anyway is a skill you can learn.
GROUND TRUTH
“I felt like a weight had come off my shoulders. I felt like it was right.”
“Paula gave me tools I could use whenever I felt overwhelmed or stressed.”
“Nothing’s changed as far as my circumstances. But you’ve really helped me define a new perspective for myself, and I’m just so grateful for that.”
If you’ve read this far,
you’ve already decided something important.
Trust yourself.

I'll walk you through everything I do with clients inside the 90-day Career Cure.
Fair warning, there's an offer at the end: keep working on your own, or let me help you get relief faster.
Either way, you leave with the exercises.
